I made these for a friend to give to some hospital staff as a thankyou. The decorations are all hand made and edible.

Frozen Cake
Do you want to ‘eat’ a snowman? This cake is an idea from the Disney movie Frozen. I had few attempts at making Olaf but finally got there in the end (I think).

Golf Bag Cake
This vanilla cake is the first ever novelty golf bag cake that I made. It’s covered with blue fondant icing, fondant decorations with lots of green (grass) buttercream with fondant golf clubs, tees and balls. I was quite happy with this creation!
Mothers Day
When I finished making the cake pops I bought a pot with foam and carefully stuck them in then wrapped it with cellophane.

These chocolate cupcakes were made as a thank you to the teachers involved in taking students to the USA for the school band, dancers and vocalists.
