Happy Valentines Day cake
Happy Valentines Day everybody.
I made this cake for my hubby. It’s a chocolate sponge with a layer of strawberry jam covered with rich dark chocolate ganache and decorated with sprinkles, pink heart fondants, a plastic LOVE motif and more rich chocolate ganache . Yummmm!!
Christening Cake
Made this vanilla sponge Christening Cake for baby Laura June. It has a layer of vanilla buttercream covered with fondant and fondant flowers topped with fondant hand made booties.

Surf Club Anniversary Cake

Wedding cake
My first wedding cake delivered with no problems. The stress levels go up a notch when it’s a wedding cake. It’s a two tiered vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream layers covered with white fondant and pearl candy beads in a Swiss dot design – requested by the bride.

Piano Cake
