My name is Monika  and I am the founder of Mon’s Delights. I’m based in the Sutherland Shire, south of Sydney. 

I bake all my cakes in my home kitchen but one day would like to expand into my own commercial kitchen. Friends have asked if I  have taken any Cake Decorating Courses and the answer is ‘a few’, but I think my inspiration came from watching my mother bake all sorts of yummy cakes for family and friends. Now, as a mother myself, I love baking for my two beautiful children, my wonderful husband, and my family and friends.

I showed an interest in cake decorating 15 years  ago when I attempted my first novelty teddybear cake for my sons 1st birthday. Looking at my recent cakes and cupcakes, my decorating style has come a very long way!

So now I have decided to follow my passion creating designer Cakes and Cupcakes.
